Hunstanton South Beach is less than 1 mile away and easily walkable through Searles Leisure Resort. Old Hunstanton Beach; which is widely regarded as one of the UK's best, is approximately 2 miles away.
Yes we'd love to welcome everyone from your family including your dog. We also have designated pet-friendly areas in The Fountain Sports Bar and La Piazza should you wish to dine with your dog. You can also dine with your dog at in the sports bar at The Pavilion at Heacham Manor Hotel, which is accessable by foot via the golf course. Please refer to Item 26 in the "Park Rules" section of our terms and conditions for futher details.
No, for many of our owners, the peace and quiet of Redgate Court is one of the main reasons they chose Searles as a destination. Allowing owners to let their lodges would change the dynamic considerably with different holiday making families arriving each week. For this reason we've decided that inviting buy to let investors to the development would be against the best interests of our largest customer group.
Absolutely, Searles Leisure Resort offers something for all ages to enjoy. Your family will enjoy their time here just as much as you. Just remember you must allow them to visit free of charge.
Yes, we can work with manufacturers to tailor make a lodge to suit your accessibility needs. Some modifications can include wet rooms, wider doors, low profile counters, hoists, ramps and so much more. Let us know what features you require and we'll help you find the perfect fit.

Different areas of the resort offer difference license periods for the units available. The tenure for lodges on Searles Country Park is 45-years from the model date. Our sales team will always advise you of the remaining tenure of any model you are interested in before you purchase, and this tenure will be included in your sales agreement.
Searles Leisure Resort holds a holiday license, which means you cannot use your lodge as a primary residence. You can use your lodge as much as you'd like during the season, but you must provide proof of residence at your primary address.
Searles County Park benefits from an 11-month season; we close for 1-month post New Year. The on-site entertainment and dining facilities at the resort are available from March-October. The indoor swimming pools, golf course and Fountain Sports Bar remain open year round (excluding Christmas).
Searles Country Park is connected to Searles Leisure Resort, and as an owner you'll benefit from free use of many of their facilities.As a 5* holiday resort the facilities available are second to none with swimming pools, live entertainment and so much more only a short walk from your lodge.
